New Build Project – Designer Q & A

Five bespoke fitted bedrooms for a new build property in Dundee.

What was the design brief?

Our client was looking for a contemporary solution for their master bedroom along with his 4 kid’s bedrooms which had to accommodate a desk/dressing table. He wanted to keep the continuity throughout the house but would also like to put a stamp on each space. The designs also had to include LED lighting to showcase each space.

What were the biggest challenges?

Storage space was the main concern for our customer with 2 of the bedrooms having coombed ceilings. The height of the pitch in the roof was pretty low and to utilise these to their potential we provided bespoke cabinetry custom made which fully utilised every inch without any compromises.

The result

When the client firstly visited us, he commented “firstly on how impressive our showroom was and secondly how he felt at ease dealing with a family run business”. The team were very proud of the solutions we provided our client and it speaks volumes that we have already completed work due from the referral to his friends and family.
